Storage
Warehouses often store a variety of oils, chemicals and other environmentally hazardous Products, and this must be done safely. Among other things, the storage area must be designed to ensure that any spills are collected and that chemicals that risk some kind of reaction if mixed are kept separate.
5S
Systematizing and structuring is essential in all Environmental insurance. If you work consistently according to 5S, your environmental insurance work will be consistent and logical for everyone involved - for example, clear marking of storage areas, the location of emergency stations and waste sorting creates a safer but also more efficient working environment.
Leakage
Whenever oils and chemicals are present in a workplace, there is a risk that they will spread and cause harm to people or the environment. With simple tools and preventive measures, the risks can be significantly minimized.
Material handling
Drums containing chemicals are bulky and heavy, which requires that they are handled in a safe and controlled manner, with the use of assistive devices. It is also important that the risk of possible leaks is excluded with the help of these aids.
